Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation and Follow-Up Treatments:

Initial Evaluation with treatment – $125 (was 160)

Your first visit is a one-on-one session with a licensed Physical Therapist who will perform a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. Together, we’ll discuss your personal goals and create a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

This session also includes targeted treatment based on the initial findings, along with home recommendations to support your progress between visits.

Physical Therapy Follow-Up Visits - $100

All follow-up sessions are individualized, one-on-one treatments that build upon your initial evaluation. These sessions may include:
Education on movement strategies and symptom management
Manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), passive range of motion, and muscle energy techniques
Therapeutic exercises and functional activities to restore strength, mobility, and balance
Use of modalities like electrical stimulation, heat, or ice to support recovery
For cash pay/self-pay patients - Dry needling may also be included at no additional cost during your session, based on your plan of care.
