No insurance? No problem — we also welcome self-pay patients and offer flexible payment options.

Fee for Service

Reflex Physical Therapy offers Fee for Service treatments. You can receive these treatments at a flat rate without involving insurance or being a current patient at our facility. These treatments can be utilized as often as you would like, though your Therapist will recommend a clinically-appropriate frequency to follow. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment today!

  • Self-pay rates for Physical Therapy Evaluation: $150
  • Self-pay rates for Physical Therapy Treatment: $100

Dry needling

  • $150 for initial evaluation and treatment (60 minutes)
  • $50 per application/treatment session (30 minutes)

30 minute session focused therapeutic dry needling to a specific area including soft tissue mobilization pre and post dry needling to enhance recovery.Electrical stimulation may be used if the Therapist finds it clinically relevant.
